- Extrair e atualizar relatórios diariamente para monitorar as coletas/ entregas das rotas;
- Analisar impactos do horário para buscar a reversão das ocorrências do dia;
- Realizar contato com os parceiros logísticos, clientes e motoristas para a correção e solução das ocorrências;
- Acompanhar os resultados dos indicadores junto aos parceiros logísticos;
- Fechamento diário do processo de monitoramento reportando aos Stakeholders;
- Cobrar diretamente do parceiro logístico a devolução dos pacotes que não retornaram ao HUB.

**Requirements**:

- Escolaridade Ensino médio completo. Ensino Superior cursando será considerado diferencial.
- Sistemas Google Sheets intermediário e Power BI/Google Data Studio básico serão considerados diferencial
