**YOUR ROLE**:

- **Help teams organize themselves and work together**:

- **Oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives**:

- **Resolve conflicts and impediments that could hinder the team's progress**:

- **Facilitate daily stand-ups and other meetings, and ensure clear communication across teams**:

- **Mentor team members and other Scrum Masters**:

- **Advocate for agile methodologies and best practices**:

- **rack and report on team progress, challenges, and changes**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline**:

- **Experience with project management and the Agile system**:

- **Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and/or similar tools**
