**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement the regional packaging strategy, ensuring full alignment with global goals and priorities.
- Lead and manage the regional packaging program, driving innovation, sustainability, and 5S initiatives.
- Identify and implement best practices for packaging design and sustainability solutions across the region.
- Set and monitor OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for direct reports in all B&W R&D Packaging teams across LATAM.
- Foster the career and skills development of the team, ensuring continuous growth and expertise.
- Collaborate with B&W category managers to maintain a consistent and harmonized approach across all programs.
- Build a strong network with other category packaging managers to share knowledge, innovations, and synergies.
- Maintain a strong interface with Global R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supplier Base teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within a leading multinational consumer goods company, developing and implementing successful packaging strategies that drive growth and cost efficiency.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and regulations in the LATAM region.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish & Portuguese.
