Application Development Technician

Position Summary:

- Send test results and conclusions to the silane team for analysis of

results and presentation of the found to clients;
- Keeping the laboratory organized, as well as controlling the inventory of products and materials cousins;
- Comply with Momentive's quality policy with internal suppliers and external, aiming to contribute to the quality, competitiveness and profitability of the Company in the marketing of products;
- Monitor the area's performance indices, paying attention to quality and proposing improvements in order to serve internal and external customers;
- Control the flow of registration, import, equipment calibration and sample shipment for customers;
- Discuss and propose technical solutions to issues raised internally in activities, trials and/or by internal and external customers.
- Prepare samples for tests, whether Paints, Adhesives and Sealants, as required initial. Follow method of preparation and handling of raw materials and equipment properly, always complying with EHS requirements and procedures.
- Know and observe established health and safety procedures and rules for

specific works and for the entire unit, as well as actively participating in the

training and programs focused on EHS.
- Monitor and comply with the quality system implemented in the company, through procedures and standards linked to the ISO 9001 and 14001 program;
Have access, know and consult the MSDS of the equipment to be handled from

way to use them correctly.
- Assist, monitor and train the interns in the area, ensuring that they exercise

your activities with total security;
- Insert purchase requisitions for laboratory supplies, maintenance supplies,

page 1/2 raw materials, requests for samples, maintenance and others;
- Comply with all regulatory and internal EHS and Quality requirements.
