**Power Platform Help-Desk Job Description**

The purpose of the Power Platform Help-Desk position is to deliver services and solutions for customers as part of the Power Platform C4E Team using the suite of Microsoft’s PowerApps, Microsoft Teams, and data integrations on the platform.

**Basic Functions**:

- Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to the Power Platform
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues, requests, and education.
- Assist with onboarding of new users
- Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
- Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
- Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.

**Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required**:

- Knowledge in the Microsoft Power Platform and Office365 - MS PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow;
- Presentation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Technologies: PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem is a plus.
