**Brief Job Description**:In this role the Analyst oversees timely and accurately performing Finance tasks according to the Company’s Policies and Procedures related to Accounts Payable involving local and international suppliers. Also, in charge of collections from Vertiv Business Units, intercompany reconciliation, expenses report review and guidance to users, keep updated attorney’s accesses to the bank, provide information, analysis and reports on closing, cash flow forecast and update, provide Audit documents and clarification requests and working to insurance to Vertiv.

**Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each**:

- Timely prepare an analysis of all accounts payable to update the cash flow and propose the forecast for the actual and next month.
- Analyze reports and prepare batches do pay all debts according to its due dates to avoid past due according to VPP Policies. Do the clearance of all paid documents.
- Analyze intercompany and international suppliers reports and validate the best time to close the FX considering the due date and Cash Flow availability granting that all payments are done according to the VPP and local regulations.
- Do the banking and Accounts Payables reconciliation granting all balances matches and taking actions over issues.
- Analyze and approve/reprove expenses reports providing support to reimbursements requestors according to the policies.
- Analyze new requests of Company Credit Cards and providing support to cardholders.
- Prepare in a monthly basis Credit Card expenses to Corporate.
- Daily update and analyze cash flow data to support leadership decisions and report to Corporate.
- Have an overall understanding of Accounts Payable processes being capable of providing support the coordinator
- Implement and follow all Treasury’s Policies in the Country.
- Develop banking relationship.
- Prepare the Cash Flow Forecast according to the schedule shared by Treasury for short and long term.
- Provide support to all internal stakeholders’ demands related to Insurance as well as grant that all Corporate
- Insurances Policies are updated and covering any risk the country may have.
- Intermediate FX and Comex knowledge to coordinate international collections and payments.Support to Corporate Treasury

**Qualifications**:
**Required/ Minimum Qualifications**:

- University Degree in Business or Accounting.
- English skills cover writing, speaking and listening in an intermediate level.
- Skills in Microsoft Excel, SAP FI module, Outlook, Teams, Power BI.
