Além disso, no Brasil, possui também uma fábrica de motores em Porto Feliz.
As fábricas da Toyota na região têm uma capacidade total de produção de 438.000 unidades por ano.A empresa também está ativamente envolvida em apoiar as comunidades locais por meio de diversas iniciativas sociais e ambientais, como o Desafio Ambiental Toyota 2050, e um forte compromisso em alcançar a neutralidade de carbono na região por meio de um portfólio diversificado de produtos eletrificados com diferentes tecnologias de propulsão que se adaptam a diferentes matrizes e infraestruturas de energia.
**Descrição do Cargo:**Estamos procurando um habilidoso e motivado Digital Product Development Analyst - SR level (6 months) para se juntar ao nosso time de TLAC DCX - Connected Vehicles Operations .
**Principais Responsabilidades:****Main activities:**• Process Management: Develop, implement, and enhance processes involving the dealership network and internal teams, ensuring efficient and high-quality customer service in the connected cars ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and align expectations among various stakeholders, including operations, IT, marketing, and the dealership network, fostering collaboration and synergy.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, processes, and integrations between internal and external systems, focusing on operational efficiency and customer experience.
• KPI & Metrics Management: Monitor and analyze performance indicators such as NPS, customer satisfaction metrics, and operational KPIs, driving continuous operational improvements.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the implementation of technological solutions that meet the needs of users and the dealership network while maintaining service excellence.
• Call Center Alignment: Ensure that the call center adopts best practices and follows the guidelines of the connected cars program by providing ongoing training and support.

• Innovation & Proactivity: Develop and propose innovative solutions to optimize customer service and internal processes, leveraging technology and industry best practices in the automotive and connected services sectors.
**Requirements (Graduation):** College degree: (business administration, engineering or related areas).
**Behavioral requirements (e.g., communicative, analytical due to report analysis, etc):**• Communication Skills: Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, for different audiences (both internal team and external partners, e.g. dealers); • Processes Management: Experience in processes creation and optimization, particularly in environments with multiple internal and external stakeholders; • KPIs & Metrics Management: Experience with data analysis, NPS, performance indicators and quality metrics; • Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues (kadais), identify root causes and propose counter measures; • Teamwork: Ability to work with teams from different stakeholders to reach strategic objectives; • Results oriented: Focus on delivering results, with strong sense of urgency and focused in problem solving; • Proactivity, organization and collaboration skills; • Leadership skills: ability to manage projects with agility and efficiency.
• Ability to manage projects in an agile and efficient manner, ensuring high-impact deliveries.
• Connected Cars Experience: Knowledge or experience in the connected cars sector will be a strong advantage.
**Experience: Mandatory:** • Digital Products & Services: Experience in developing, managing, or implementing digital solutions, including apps, platforms, and connected services.
**Desirable:** • Dealership Processes and/or Service Engineering and/or Call Center processes: Knowledge of dealership operations, customer service workflows, or experience in service engineering to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience or call center customer handling and care.
• Experience in automotive, technology, or connected services industries will be a plus.
**Desirable courses:**Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; Lean Six Sigma: Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement.
