**What You Will Do**:

- Build and streamline processes for enhanced efficiency;
- Work closely with business teams to understand and meet their needs;
- Exercise high-level ownership and initiative in tasks;
- Support commercial teams with key operational tasks;
- Manage system access and support CRM-related tasks;
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand their operational needs and challenges;
- Develop and implement effective processes to streamline customer success operations;
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Support client reporting;
- Maintain and update customer success documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance;
- Act as a liaison between the Customer Success team and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration;
- Assist in the onboarding and training of Customer Success team members on operational processes and tools;
- Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success operations;
- Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in customer success operations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with established processes and procedures.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Proven experience in similar roles, ideally in tech or B2B sectors;
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability;
- Proficiency in process optimization;
- Advanced English;
- High level of ownership and responsibility;
- Team player with a problem-solving approach;
- Experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive or Salesforce.
