GM Financial International Operations conducts business in Latin America and China. International Operations offers a wide range of wholesale and retail automotive financing products to dealers and their customers. The strength of the international business lies in its ability to tailor its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences and national requirements in local markets. Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion Specialist to support, maintain, enhance, and implement solutions within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Fusion. The professional will ensure seamless integration with other systems and alignment with the company’s business processes.
- Implement, support, and optimize Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion modules, focusing on financial, accounting, and operational processes.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and requests related to Oracle solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Participate in migration and upgrade projects from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Develop and review customizations and extensions within Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion, including workflow configurations, reports, interfaces, and system integrations.
- Support key users and business areas in process improvements by providing training and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and support of Oracle solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and tax obligations within the implemented modules.
- Perform testing and validation of new functionalities and patches released by Oracle.
- Production support, management, overseeing improvements and managing third-party Tax & Treasury & Procurement systems
- Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Fusion, particularly in Financials (AP, GL, CM, FA, EXPENSE, FAH), Brazil Localizations and Tax modules.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, developing SQL Queries and Reports using Oracle BI Publisher or OTBI.
- Experience in integrating Oracle EBS/Cloud Fusion with other systems via WebServices (REST/SOAP), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and APIs.
- Strong understanding of accounting, tax, and financial processes within Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Experience with Oracle R12 implementation and Cloud Migration is a plus.
- Knowledge of security strategies and data governance within Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical documentation.
- Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle certifications (Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS Financials).
- Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, and Tax Management.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ITIL best practices.
