The Challenge
The Partner Solutions Consultant collaborates with the Adobe Partner Sales team and Adobe Solution Partners as a presales resource. This pre-sales role is a senior level technical position that requires technical expertise in Analytics, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and has a proven foundation in digital marketing technologies.
This role can be based in São Paulo or Mexico City, near many of our sales teams and strategic partners.
What you’ll do
Build mindshare and pipeline with Adobe strategic partners through the delivery of technical presales workshops that align to the Enterprise Customer Journey, including custom demonstrations, explaining demonstration tools and frameworks, initial point of views, discovery best practices, vision planning workshops, and reference architecture.
Optimally demonstrate the Adobe Analytics/Real-Time CPD platforms within the context of the Adobe Experience Cloud.
Develop and maintain expert understanding of the digital analytics ecosystem and position Adobe’s Unified Customer Measurement strategy.
Collaboration with Partner Sales Managers to define GTM strategy, create/identify new business opportunities and build technical pre-sales delivery capability within our partner ecosystem.
Establish and grow relationships with technical resources at all levels of partner organizations.
Quickly learn new technologies and translate the features of Adobe DX solutions into business benefits and value
Adapt as required to accommodate changes in industry and company direction
What you need to succeed
5+ years of pre-sales or delivery experience in working with Analytics or Customer Data Platforms (preferably Adobe) and other digital marketing technologies.
**Hands-on experience with several of the following**:
Analytics solutions - Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or other competitive solution
Customer Data Platforms - Adobe Real-Time CDP or competing solutions
Web content management solutions
Web personalization solutions
Conversant in enterprise product, solution and technology sales strategies, able to convert current knowledge and skills to the Adobe platform.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced innovative environment, with high levels of collaboration and teamwork.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
