**What role you will play in our team**:
The ECM - Plataform IT Application Analyst plays a critical role tasked with maintaining and supporting the ECM - Enterprise Content Management Systems.
Loaction: Brazil/Curitiba

**What you will do**:

- You will participate in the configuration and support of Systems, Platforms, and Environments in ECM (Enterprise Content Management) to learn and understand the infrastructure in IT Platforms, including cloud and containers.
- You also perform Product Life Cycle Management as testing, change management, release management and support models including (CICD) deployment and Infrastructure as a code.

**Some of your key functions are**:

- Participate in Software Maintenance including installation, patching, upgrades, and versioning if applicable,
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis.
- Assist with Scheduling, Automation, and Orchestration solutions.
- Support Document Management and Archiving Solutions
