The Service Operations Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for provides effective and responsive administrative services to support the Field Service team and the Service Commercial team in day-to-day business operations and activities.

This position is part of the Services LATAM team located in Avenida Nações Unidas, 14401

Edifício Parque da Cidade - Torre Jatobá - São Paulo, SP and will be an on-site position. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

**What you will do**:

- _ Demonstrate high commitment in resolving customers issues and responding to services and order status enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction._
- _ Manage estimated service deliveries by scheduling LATAM field engineers (FSE), opening and dispatching work orders and service requests in the system and collaborate with team members to manage tasks efficiently._
- _ Manage and process the manual internal and sales orders in multiple systems, ensuring all on-time delivery (OTD) and compliance requirements._
- _ Provide backlog updates and estimated service execution dates with Service Sales team to drive revenue generating activities._
- _ Send for billing team list of sales orders to be invoiced in each week based on Zone requirements._

**Who you are**:

- _ Bachelor’s degree in business administration/engineering/international relations (or related) _
- _Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish language is a plus)._
- _ Previous client and customer service experience & thrive in a busy customer service environment._
- _ High attention to detail with the ability to effectively review service requests from customers, technical instructions from FE team, sales agreements, and purchase orders._

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- _ Knowledge _of Spanish for reading, writing, and speaking._
- _ Knowledge on ERP systems such as SalesForce/Oracle._
