Overview Manuport Logistics (MPL) is a fast-growing logistics partner offering services across sea, inland waterways, road, rail and air transport. With our headquarters in the port of Antwerp, we have an international network of offices worldwide including the USA, Germany, Brazil, Chile, UAE, Singapore and Spain. Position Operations Analyst – MPL Office Brazil Job Description Handle and coordinate ocean import and export shipments. You are the key person responsible to monitor operational processes and handle files from A to Z, including margin control and invoicing. You take care of follow-up with customers on their shipments and manage customer complaints. As an Operations Analyst you communicate with customers, vendors, other MPL offices, and co-workers through a high volume of emails, phone calls and occasional face-to-face contact. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate ocean freight operations (imports/exports) from A to Z. Monitor operational processes, margin control, and invoicing. Coordinate follow-up with customers and handle complaints. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, MPL offices, and colleagues. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum five years experience in freight forwarding. Solid knowledge of daily operation activities. Experience with liquids shipments is a plus. Excellent service orientation for customers and colleagues worldwide. Strong sense of urgency; able to translate into daily activities. PC literate; strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages a plus. Ability to work under moderate stress and in a growing business environment.
