**Operations Analyst**

**São Paolo, Brazil** | **Full Time**

**OBJECTIVES**
As an Operations Analyst, your role consists in running, monitoring, optimization and reporting for digital campaigns. You will also be responsible for understanding operations needs and providing critical insight with suggestions for improvement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and monitor campaigns for Key Clients (Mobile Apps and Digital Audio) on a regular basis, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our campaigns.
- Organize campaign materials & prepare campaign previews for clients.
- Detect opportunities of growth, arbitrage and better performance both for clients and ourselves, plan and implement them.
- Manage digital platforms for various clients such as Mobile agencies, Mobile App developers and different brands.
- Create and manage online advertisement trafficking providing regular reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) to Client Services and Manager with goals, performance and insights.
- Assist with operations projects to help increase department efficiency
- Review advertising campaigns to ensure that they run correctly

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 to 3 years of experience running any type of campaigns in digital advertising industry / Team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns and meet client’s KPIs
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate level of English is desirable.
