**WORKSHOP MANAGER**

**Job description**:

- It ensures that the maintenance and repair processes of the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronic automation equipment carried out in the OneFleet workshop are conducted in accordance with the procedures and instructions in force and of each discipline.
- Participates in the development, review and implementation of processes for correct repair and storage of equipment or parts in stock or in transit.
- It maintains the monitoring of the statistical indexes of internal and external repairs, as well as gives priority to the demands informed by the disciplines it serves, identification of trends and deviations, through the analysis of and periodic reports, proposing the definition of strategies for the correction of nonconformities.
- Participates in meetings with the disciplines attended, related to performance, safety or other aspects
- Reporting directly to the ROV Manager and Sr. Asset Manager.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Education in Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Production Engineering or Bachelor in Administration.
- Experience with maintenance routines on ROV and offshore equipment
- Fluent English
