As the Manager for our Logistics and Customer Care team in Brazil, you will lead the strategy and operational execution for all supply chain activities in the country. You will be a key partner and influencer, representing and collaborating across our Integrated Supply Chain organization, working with our Sales leaders and teams, local distributors, and end customers. You’ll help optimize service and cost and simplify our customers’ experience in working with us.

This role reports to the Director of Logistics and Customer Care, LATAM.

**What you will do**
- Manage all distribution centers/warehousing in Brazil including metrics, spend management and supplier relationships
- Drive improved and reliable on-time delivery of finished goods, spare parts to distributors and end-customers
- Manage end-to-end visibility of all import and export process, always evaluating the performance of partners
- Lead all customer interaction center activities from pre-sales to post-sales stages of the selling lifecycle (i.e., billing, returns, expedites, etc.) ensuring a consistent and simplified customer experience
- Identify, enable and support cost optimization efforts
- Conduce SO&P process and planning inventory for Distribution Centers
- Drive TAX initiatives to optimize costs (ex-tarif/drawback/recof/Trade Zone Agreements)
- Review the actual logistic footprint

**Preferred qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business & Administration or Letters & Sciences - MBA is appreciated
- At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management and 8 years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain, with experience leading across two or more supply chain functional areas.
- Strong ability to build a collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture resulting in improved employee engagement
- Successful in leading in a global, matrixed organization structure across cross-functional lines
- Demonstrated expertise leading within a complex supply chain organization and ability to provide both technical and managerial leadership to the organization
- Proven experience driving aggressive strategic and operational business outcomes through strong execution, with an emphasis on progress over perfection
- Experience attracting, developing and retaining high performing teams
- Articulate, persuasive, and persistent to drive change and overcome normal organizational resistance while providing hands-on leadership to the organization
- Networks across the organization and develops successful internal and external relationships.
- Instills a sense of urgency and drives problems towards resolution. Monitors the progress of others and redirects efforts
- Demonstrated ability to present and communicate to all levels of an organization including executive leadership both internally and externally
- Multilingual is appreciated with Spanish preferred
- Management of initiatives with AI and Phyton
