10+ years managing multiple, large-scale programs and communicating results to senior leaders.
- 10+ years professional services experience, including basic understanding of financials and key business metrics.
- Foundational knowledge of analytical tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau with ability to review dashboards and generate insights.
- Proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing with business and technical audiences at all level.
- Experience in building and scaling mechanisms to ensure adoption and effectiveness of business processes.
- BA/BS degree in related field.

Key job responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to area leadership teams, bringing deep knowledge of business operations, Professional Services, and employee engagement best practices.
- Be a business partner to Professional Services leadership team and executives, providing data-driven insights to help shape the strategy of the business.
- Lead and review the end-to-end execution of annual planning process to include headcount, utilization, and goal planning.
- Regularly assess and advise leadership on headcount demand based on financial projections, location strategy, sales pipeline, hiring projections, and other relevant business metrics and leader inputs.
- Design and implement processes that facilitate rapid growth
