**What We Do**:
Our Finance and Accounting teams build the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand. We work closely with teams across the company, international subsidiaries, as well as with external partners to ensure a world-class finance organization. Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.

**What You'll Do**:
We are looking for a Shared Services Analyst to join our growing Epic Brazil Finance team. This role is to be based in Brazil. You will work alongside existing members of the Brazil Finance team and partner with them and others within Epic to on the day-to-day accounting and transitional assistance within accounts payable and receivable for Epic Brazil. This will enable us to have complete and accurate financial reporting to the US and United Kingdom.

**In this role, you will**:

- Meet established invoice entry and accuracy key performance indicators as established by lead
- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments
- Monitoring scheduling receivables.
- Cash flow maintenance.
- Exchange Closing AP/AR

**What we're looking for**:

- Already residing in Brazil and fluent in Portuguese and English, any other languages are appreciated
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or Accounting
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accounting, processes and procedures, ERP Systems (Senior Sistemas and Workday are preferable) & MS Excel - Google Sheets is a plus
- High accounts payable/receivable experience
- Knowledge of payments and collections in the foreign market
- Experience of dealing with External Auditor requests
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Attention to detail, organization and experience in a fast-paced environment
