Advertising Solutions Architect, Shopping

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in Measurement Solutions and Web Technologies (i.e., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP)
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience with Internet products and technologies
- Knowledge of publisher, advertising market, retail market, or online ads landscape
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish fluently

The Professional Services team provides specialized, in-region, technical implementation support for emerging products. Our team consists of analytical minds who enjoy solving complex strategic, operational and technical challenges for the world's largest Commerce players. In this role, you will be responsible for building an understanding of Google Shopping products and leveraging these products to achieve customer goals. You'll also build robust processes, systems, tools and documentation so these products can be serviced.

As an Advertising Solutions Architect, you will work closely with Partner Sales teams to monitor our products' performance for customers, develop tools that address their technological and business needs, and identify opportunities to grow Google's partner e-commerce business. Additionally, you will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes through workflow optimization and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure solid product adoption and usage, be the primary day-to-day technical contact for our customers, providing prompt, professional consultative support and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to drive communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues. Participate in the analysis and research for complex technical challenges and work with Product Escalation teams
- Advocate new product features and assist customers in the adoption of products via upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success. Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of customers’ integrations
- Drive the technical aspects of advertiser and publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance
- Review current processes and design/develop tools, processes, workflows to increase team productivity/efficiency
