**About Us**:

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to support our finance department at a global level from our Malta office.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across various global locations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, in compliance with international accounting standards.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
- Support global payroll processing, ensuring compliance with different country-specific regulations and timely salary disbursements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies for financial reporting, VAT filings, and tax compliance.
- Maintain internal financial controls and ensure adherence to financial policies and international financial regulations.
- Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and data analytics to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Utilize and improve financial software systems to enhance reporting and financial management.
- Handle PSP (Payment Service Provider) transactions, ensuring smooth processing of payments, settlements, and reconciliations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, or CFA certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations within a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of international payroll systems and multi-jurisdictional financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and other global financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts to accommodate global operations and multiple time zones.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial risk management.
