**What you'll do**:

- Supply chain definition (analyze suppliers' performance) and portfolio management
- Develop structured approach and negotiation with key and new suppliers
- Bring new products / programs opportunities to CMs
- Responsible for delivering the best product at the target gross margin and guarantee the best cost through strategic negotiation and product engineering
- Develop a strategic sourcing plan for the type and build a strong and resilient supply chain that meets quality, price and design expectations
- Ensure deadlines are met to timely production and delivery (negotiation, development)
- Assortment offer for AD, DD and in season
- Market visit: monitoring pricing, product and origin and visit suppliers for product engineering strategy
- Construction of competitor price tracking material (April FW / Oct SS)
- Responsible for KPIs of Markup Gross, return rate, quality NPS and issue release on time and qualitá
- Forecast raw material orders and ensure all fabrics purchased for each product are consumed
- Develop plans aligned with CM to adjust metrics when necessary
- Oversee all channel (comm-ind-glo) product development, production process, negotiation and deliveries and ensure they meet planning and strategy
- Constant budget analysis at every step of the process to ensure a profitable deal
- Be as responsive as possible in delivering replacements, repicks and order revisions according to sales results
- Squad management: negotiation, fashion development and pattern-making
- Assist and mentor the buyer and -or analyst in their daily routines and professional development
- Be the focal point of communication with internal stakeholders on product type or category issues
- Participate and propose new projects alongside leadership to improve results
