**IS Risk and Controls Lead - Mars Digital Technologies - Guararema/ Brazil**
**What are we looking for?**
- Extensive experience using and working with ServiceNow GRC/IRM or equivalent experience in another part of ServiceNow
- Experience working with a geographically distributed and diverse team at all levels of an organization
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Ability to negotiate risk appropriate outcomes when there are strong differences of opinion at all levels in the organization
- Knowledge of the following technologies and standards: Linux, Windows, Active Directory, CVE, CVSS, CPE, ITIL, GRC and an IT Controls framework such as COBIT and the Unified Controls Framework or similar.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Program management: Updating senior managers and directors on the risk and controls implementation
- Operations team lead: Leading a team of 2 to 3 operationally responsible for the risk and controls tooling
