**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience needed;
- Proven track-record as a progressive HR analyst across multiple HR disciplines combined with large organizations with multiple stakeholders;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills applicable across (presentations, performance touchpoints, coaching, mentoring) approaches;
- Ability to work effectively and help business heads at all levels and their organizations;
- Ability to manage in a responsible way substantial amounts of classified/sensitive information on a frequent basis;
- Must have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple goals and tasks, in a fast paced and demanding environment;
- Demonstrated ability to influence, lead, manage, promote, and support projects as strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving and manage conflicts effectively;
- Highly adaptative and effective in both virtual and cross-cultural environments, and you have a good command of Office 365 digital tools, as well as good knowledge of HR database tools;
- Ability in reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish fluency is a plus;
- Experience in Human Resources management, organizational development, leadership development, Culture, and talent management;
- Analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills;
- Full time job and home office;
- Some trips inside Brazil may be required.
**Atividades**:
- Responsible to generalist human resources activities such as recruitment, compensation management, talent management, training & development, competence and organizational development and change;
- Understand business need/strategies and transform into HR deliverables;
- Conduct and manager partnership with recruitment outsourced companies, prepare and maintain list of best recruitment supplier in national market;
- Know our people and their functions to be able to provide HR solutions for them and for the business;
- Responsible to describe and keep updated Job Descriptions for all level of organization;
- Conduct compensation process: monthly explanation and follow up, salaries review, union agreements and market surveys;
- Monitor and foster talent by providing competence development accordingly each employee and business need;
- Supplying guidance, secure implementation and communication of HR policies, directives, legislations, and processes in the organization and ensure compliance;
- Supply day-to-day coaching and guidance to management at all levels to drive individual and organizational effectiveness while boosting engagement and performance;
- Build relationships at all levels within the organization to effectively maximize employee and management involvement in driving change;
- Function as a culture champion, promoting company values to guide decision-making and drive thoughtful and effective change management ensuring organizational development solutions drive business transformation;
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
