DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Develop and execute logistics strategies
- Develop logistics metrics to track performance and accuracy
- Perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities and set priorities
- Longer term Capacity (space and throughput) Planning
- Project timelines and validate unit forecast by Business strategies
- Coordinate the resolution of daily operational issues with our operational Centers, 3PL and Vendors
- Backlog Management / Reporting
- Chair S&OP meetings calls with Operations, Retail, and Marketing

**Requirements**:

- SQL experience and high level of Excel
- Ability to understand and improve metrics
- Advanced English
- Experience with Logistics S&OP's process
