This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our **São Paulo office (Brazil).**

**What the day will look like**:
Working as a cheerful team member you'll provide technical and administration support to the division to ensure the highest possible levels of service to our clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Handling activities such as negotiation with insurance market.
- Handling large and sophisticated risks, with frequent and direct interaction with clients.
- Interaction with other Aon Teams (Client Facing, Sales, Reinsurance) locally and in other countries.
- Innovation and development of new Financial Lines products.
- Acquiring quotations from Insurers and preparing renewal options for the client, including creation of renewal reports and negotiate acceptance of the same.
- Confirm binding instructions to Insurers and document Insurer’s acceptance.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Solid experience in Financial Lines of Commercial Risk Solutions’ insurance.
- Proficiency in English.
- Highly developed communication skills to interact both with Aon colleagues and clients.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer focused and results orientated.
- Good planning & organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness.
