ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:_**
- You will be responsible for supporting all AME Geo Legal commercial and administrative activity in the AME Geo, with a focus on reviewing customer RFPs, supplier agreements, and general commercial documents and deals arising in the SITA at Airports, Communications & Data Exchange products and Borders business units. _
- You will be a part of the overall SITA Global Legal Team of 40+ lawyers and professionals around the globe, which includes Geography-based legal teams in Singapore, Europe and Beirut, specialists/teams in M&A, Corporate Legal, Data, IPR, Sanctions, Ethics, Regulatory._

WHAT YOU WILL DO: _**
- _Assist AME Geo Legal attorneys in preparing, revising and organizing legal documents, including RFPs, contracts, reports, case files._
- _ Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation and strategy._
- _ Manage and maintain AME Geo Legal databases and document management systems._
- _ Oversee the payment process of external law firms, including raising purchase orders, revising invoices, ensuring accuracy and processing payments in a timely manner._
- _ Provide administrative support to the AME GEO Legal, including managing calendars, assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for external and internal use._
- _ Communicate with external legal counsels and other stakeholders across different jurisdictions, where needed._
- _ Support AME Geo Legal in various projects and initiatives as needed._
- _ Maintain excellent inter-personnel communications and relationships. _
- _Advising internal teams on SITA policies and procedures related to commercial contracts._

Qualifications:
**_ EXPERIENCE:_**
- _Proven track record in multi-national environments, particularly within the North America and Latin America regions._
- _ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies or a related field._
- _ Thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented commercial environment and you understand financial principles and practices in a multi-national corporate context. _
- _7+ years relevant work experience to include legal document review and comment as well as negotiation skills._
- _ Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail._
- _ Business acumen and understanding of corporate operations and governance standards._
- _ Strong project management principles (task identification and prioritization, timeline management, results focus)._
- _ Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and develop appropriate strategies._
- _ Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate factual matters, effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels._
- _ Completely fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken); all other languages a real plus._
