**Responsável por definir diretrizes e metodologia para o gerenciamento de projetos em ótica de prazo e custo.**:
**Principais atividades**:

- **Desenvolver, propor e administrar as frentes de novos projetos e produtos especiais que forneçam mais e melhores experiências para o cliente no que se refere ao uso dos produtos da TIM;**:

- **Trabalhar com as áreas envolvidas a fim de garantir alinhamento de informações e foco nos objetivos dos projetos;**:

- **Administrar o escopo, custos e prazos (cronograma) de um projeto;**:

- **Fornecer indicadores de monitoramento de projetos para os stakeholders;**:

- **Apoiar estratégias de CRM usando metodologias/sistemas, como perfil de cliente, análise de comportamento e segmentação, para desenvolvimento de estratégia e avaliação de impacto e desempenho dos projetos;**:

- **Analisar os projetos de forma end to end e interpretar dados, compreendendo os requisitos e formulando propostas para construir e melhorar iniciativas de sucesso;**:

- **Construir relatórios e apresentações executivas para acompanhamento dos projetos**.**

**Experiência profissional**:

- Atuação anterior em áreas de Marketing
- Desejável experiência em projetos customer centric
- Desejável experiência atuando em múltiplas frentes de projetos
- Monitoramento de desempenho (KPI)
- Project Management
- Budget Management
- Ferramentas de visualização de dados
- Ferramentas de análise de dados
