**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and explore content trends on a daily basis, contributing to the enrichment of the Entertainment vertical content (including Entertainment and Beauty&Style), with focus on music and dance contents
- Create effective content strategies by analyzing market research and in-app data.
- Operation of topics and hashtags, identification of trends and quick reaction in the app, optimizing and stimulating discussions on hot topics about entertainment, in order to improve consumption indicators.
- Community management and support for the creation and maintenance of groups of creators, in order to encourage the participation of members, generating an active exchange environment.
- Planning and maintenance of internal campaigns and hashtag promotion, integrating resources inside and outside the app.
- Relationship with Celebrities, Opinion Leaders and Creators, including regular communication, support and guidance for publishing original content and encouraging participation in hot topics and other projects.
- Content planning and creation for official entertainment and style accounts within the platform.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required; bilingual proficiency in Portuguese & English is a must
- Solid understanding of general social media platforms
- Ability to analyze data to identify user demand
- Ability to follow and predict hot spots for Brazilian market
- Heavy user of popular social media APP are preferred
- Innovative, strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, and ability to build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
- Be flexible to morning and night shift, as well as weekend and holiday duty schedule
