**Sustainability Expert**:
ESPECIALISTA EM SUSTENTABILIDADE**
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ESPECIALISTA SUSTENTABILIDADE
- Participação no desenvolvimento e implementação da estratégia global de sustentabilidade da Brenntag
- Colaborar em projetos de sustentabilidade com nossos negócios (IE Supplier Risk Management), localidades (projetos solares, dados ambientais), responsabilidade social (voluntariado e engajamento comunitário) e portfólio (segmentação de produtos, dados CMRT)
- Comunica efetivamente os programas de sustentabilidade e desempenho da Brenntag com os clientes da América Latina, associações governamentais, fornecedores e partes interessadas internas.
- Apoiar a parceria da Brenntag com a Together for Sustainability participando da equipe regional da América Latina.
- Engajamento com várias unidades de negócios para comunicar processos e políticas globais, coletar histórias de sucesso locais, impulsionar e apoiar a integração e implementação de programas de sustentabilidade.
- Fornece suporte organizacional para iniciativas, projetos, marketing e comunicação do progresso na região da América Latina.
- Trabalhar com os negócios para identificar e apoiar oportunidades de comunicação interna e externa, incluindo a integração da sustentabilidade nos canais e materiais corporativos existentes.
- Mantém-se atualizado com as tendências de sustentabilidade.

Habilidades/habilidades adicionais necessárias:

- Disposição para trabalhar em uma organização de matriz internacional e implementar tópicos de forma independente na organização
- Alta automotivação, forma de trabalho estruturada e orientada para a resolução de problemas
- Muito boas habilidades de apresentação e comunicação
- Manuseio experiente de aplicativos MS Office e inglês fluente para negócios

Requisitos de Educação:

- Estudos concluídos na área de economia, ciências naturais ou educação comparável

**Experiência**:

- Experiência prática em compras, gerenciamento de produtos, sustentabilidade ou gerenciamento de projetos
- Desejável experiência anterior em Distribuição Química.
