We are looking for you, **Sustainability Manager** to join our **Global Sustainability Team** in São Paulo, **Brazil**. Your main role will be to drive sustainability in Brazil and to develop sustainability practices within the Neste value chain. In this job, you will support and engage Brazilian suppliers to meet our sustainability requirements, including relationship building, expectation setting, training, and addressing local barriers. This involves close collaboration with external stakeholders and participation in regional projects to improve supplier sustainability practices.

**Your role in our team**
- Manage supplier sustainability assessment process in the region
- Engage with suppliers, communicating our sustainability criteria and requirements.
- Assist new suppliers in developing their sustainability to meet required expectations.
- Support risk assessment through supplier engagement and audits.
- Develop a strong network and engage with relevant external stakeholders, such as local NGOs and partners.
- Support and add value to other Global Sustainability team initiatives and projects.
- Support risk assessment for different raw materials through supplier engagement and audits
- Participate in developing global supplier sustainability assessment practices and processes

**Keys to success in this role**
- A relevant university degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management, or Environmental & Social Management.
- 5+ years of experience in a sustainability-related field.
- Experience in assessing and auditing suppliers' sustainability performance.
- Expert working knowledge of key sustainability standards and expectations related to the biofuels business.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including NGOs, policymakers, and suppliers.
- Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English, essential for engaging with local stakeholders and collaborating with our global team.
- Self-driven team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- An in-depth understanding of best practices for addressing supply chain sustainability risks and opportunities in Brazil.
- Proven track record designing and implementing multi-stakeholder sustainability projects.
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks, carbon accounting, or knowledge of current Brazilian environmental regulations.
