Sustainability Sr Manager The Challenge As Sustainability Sr. Manager you will be responsible for co‑create the Sustainability strategy definition and drive related business development (including, but not limited to Bovaer roll‑out) in Brazil. The Position The Key responsibilities in this position will be: Build the ANH Sustainability Strategy for Brazil in close alignment with the global sustainability strategy and translate it into appropriate activation plans across the entire farming value chain and associated stakeholders. Drive business results through the implementation of Bovaer, an intelligent sustainability service to drive improvements in the environmental footprint and profitability of animal protein production, at targeted current and new prospective customers and value chain partners via a variety of business models. Build alliances with leading, sustainability change‑driven customers and other industry stakeholders in Brazil and contribute to DSM's sustainability thought leadership position in the animal industries. Develop close partnerships with and support the Brazil Operating Units in rolling‑out, scaling and monetizing new sustainability‑driven business models (such as Bovaer). Lead training, knowledge management for Business Development and Sustainability for Brazil teams. Develop regional sustainability marketing content and insights to extend/increase the value propositions of our portfolio and support the further development of DSM's We Make it Possible strategic initiative. The Ideal Bachelor's degree in business or science‑related field. Post‑graduate degree in business management or sustainability preferred. Fluent English and Spanish. International working experience preferable. Experience in sustainability connected to business.
