Boeing Brazil is seeking **International Trip Planner,** reporting to the International Trip Planning Manager, working out of the **São Paulo** office. The **International Trip Planner **will be performs international trip planning, flight planning, customs, flight following and customer communication for multiple customers within business, government and commercial aviation in a 24x7 environment. Coordinates interactions with ground and air based aviation customers during all phases of planning and operations. Creates and disseminates complex flight plans and weather information. Relays flight sensitive and critical information. Provides logístical assistance to flight departments and flight crew. Liaises with multiple airport functions and personnel to ensure aircraft ground support.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Performs complex trip and route planning, preparing alternative and contingent itineraries for customer approval and selection.
- Requests diplomatic clearances, ground handling, fuel, hotels and any other services required.
- Prepares and transmits flight plans and gathers information such as weather or other flight information related to safety of flight.
- Monitors trip planning services tasks and ensures that tasks are updated accurately.
- Communicates with destination facilities to ensure appropriate support is arranged for arriving flights.
- Coordinates domestic and international customs including advanced passenger information system set up.
- Follows active flights and provides crucial update information to destination airports, foreign and domestic.
- Initiates the distribution and interpretation of a wide variety of publications required to ensure safe flight and to comply with governmental regulations as required by the specific trips/requirements.
- Provides customers on status of upcoming trips

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.
- Must have a degree in accredited course of study.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
- Ability to work a rotating shift patterns.
- Good customer service skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with International flight planning.
- Experience with dispatch or pilot license. Instrument rating or other aviation certifications.

Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
