This position is designed to take over work currently handled by the hiring manager, focusing on moving from exploratory analysis to building structured, reusable models that provide long-term value. Collaboration with the marketing team and the ability to contribute strategically over time are key aspects of the role.

This is a full-time, fully remote position for Latin America-based applicants within ±2 hours of Eastern Standard Time (NYC).

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze trends and derive actionable insights
- Develop durable data models using SQL and dbt (not ad hoc)
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and align data solutions with marketing objectives
- Work in SQL with Snowflake and dbt

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience analyzing, modeling, and deriving actionable insights from marketing data
- Proficiency in SQL and dbt
- Working knowledge and experience with Snowflake
- Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow using various tools
- Versatility and ability to adapt and take on new challenges
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with internal teams and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal English skills

**Preferred qualifications**:

- General understanding of marketing concepts and terminology
- Willingness to proactively offer insights and propose alternative approaches over time
- Experience with A/B testing
- 2+ years analyzing, modeling, and deriving actionable insights from marketing data
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and Snowflake
- 1+ years of experience with dbt
