**R**e**sponsibilities / Duties**
- Participates in advanced troubleshooting and may coach others to learn new skills and solve more complex problems.
- Proficient VIP, SAP, etc.
- Highly knowledgeable in their area of the material flow work process. Broad knowledge regarding the overall end to end material flow work process.
- Proposes improvements to marine processes and methods solving complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. Assists and participates in the development of best practices. Participates in implementation of best practices and may serve as a lead or focal point within their area of responsibility.
- Works with technical advising and logistics operations personnel to create methods to optimize operations.
- Supports crisis management processes and activities and my lead aspects of bigger crisis response situations.
- Supports and assists with QN (Quality Notification) investigation and identification of corrective and preventive measures. May lead some RCI's (Root Cause Investigation).
- Typical level of trade lane complexity and/or scale.
**Experience**
- Required Education: University Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or other Sciences.
- Required experience: 3+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment or maritime agency or shipbroker or carrier
- Fluent in English and Spanish language skills
- Experience in project management
