**Summary**
Rakuten Advertising is looking for people excited to analyze opportunities for automation and operational improvement. Reporting into the Team Lead, you will be responsible understanding and shepherding key improvements for the company. You will analyze and document processes, propose solutions and develop projects with automation, engineering, and operations to deliver efficiencies, improve work and generate new data and insights across the company. Analysts will work with teams around the world to discover and design improvements that best fit company goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver process and solution documentation while working across an array of teams, geographies and tools
- Lead projects from end-to-end, ensuring goals are achieved on time
- Develop deep cross-functional understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development
- Refine methodologies to allow for the successful execution of deliverables, supporting the ongoing development your group’s capabilities
- Document all work to a high professional standard

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)
- Effective and persuasive communicator; ability to communicate findings and recommendations thoroughly and concisely to your peers
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment is a plus
- A good working knowledge of process analysis, solution design and/or project management is required
- Proficient at planning, time management and balancing resources to achieve goals
- Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organization ability
- Understanding of RPA tooling and SDLC design is desirable
- Understanding of ecommerce systems and experience with online advertising is a plus
