Key accountabilities
- Daily/Weekly Performance analysis - Production of daily and weekly business performance reporting, such as Billing, Dashboard analysis, and Pipeline report
- Month-End Closing Process - Assist in the posting of journals, balance sheet reconciliations, support monthly forecast process, rollover monthly files
- Budgeting & 5YP - Support the budget process for NAM and EMEA
- Ad-hoc - Provision of ad-hoc analysis and support to the Heads of Finance, Finance Team and CFO.

Skills, experience & qualifications required

Basic Qualifications
- 0-3+ years of business finance, accounting or other relevant experience
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- BA, BS, degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Good business acumen

Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of business finance, accounting or other relevant experience
- CIMA, CPA or similar qualification or studying towards a qualification.
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel a plus
- Salesforce knowledge a plus
- Looker knowledge a plus
- Experience accounting for Subscriptions / Deferred Revenue

Personality and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to streamline process and passion to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Curious and willing to challenge the status quo.
