The Finance Senior Analyst is a key contact between Latin American affiliates and Corporate.The Senior Finance Analyst will help provide accurate, timely and meaningful financial data to enable business partners in decision making. This role is responsible for the consolidation and presentation of data to the country/cluster FP&A teams through maintenance of key P&L and other financial reports.The Senior Finance Analyst will report to a Supervisor and will have strong peer management and influential leadership when working with multiple cross-functional partners across the region.**Key Responsibilities**:- This position will partner closely with Cluster/Franchise teams within LATAM, Group Finance, and other relevant cross-functional teams;- Month-end and quarter close responsibilities (financial reports, SOX comments, consolidation of results to leadership);- Support on data quality routines, working closely with the Finance Systems team and guaranteeing accuracy of information in our systems and reports;- Exposure to senior leadership of Finance Organization on Medical Devices;- Support the Medical Devices Group Finance Team with data and relevant commentary in close and planning cycles;- Involvement in key projects mainly related to automation.**Qualifications**:**Experience and Skills**:**Required**:- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Engineering or other related major;- Advanced in Excel and proficient in Power Point;- At least 2 years of experience in Finance;- Communication skills (oral and written);- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.**Preferred**:- Experience in FP&A;- Background with planning tools such as TM1, Hyperion or similar;- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI.**Other**:- English proficiency is required and Spanish preferred.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
