**About The Job**:
We are looking for an experienced Design Lead to manage the design team working on the user experience and interfaces for our flagship product. Your responsibilities will include shaping a long-term design strategy, enhancing user workflows, and leading a team of designers to achieve product goals.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Design interfaces for spend management and card-related features.
- Conduct user research to analyze needs and optimize interfaces.
- Support and develop two designers through mentorship, regular reviews, and professional growth opportunities.
- Allocate tasks and manage workflows within the design team.
- Develop and maintain the product’s design system, ensuring it supports scalable solutions.
- Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to streamline the product creation process.
- Participate in strategic discussions to advance product development and implement design solutions aligned with business goals.

**The skillset we’re looking for**:

- 5+ years in product design, with at least 1-2 years as a design lead or team manager.
- Experience with financial or technology products (fintech experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in design and research tools (Figma, Maze, etc.).
- Experience conducting and interpreting user research.
- Strong understanding of JTBD, user workflows, and building design systems.
- Leadership skills, adaptability in uncertain environments, strong communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
