**What role you will play in our team**:
Come join our Procurement Oversight team to help drive desired behavior across procurement processes, evaluate and control risks through quality checks, create effective monitoring tools, and collaborate with acquisition, supply chain and payables teams based around the world.

Protect ExxonMobil from fraud by ensuring that critical Vendor Master data fields are legitimate and come from an authenticated source. Complete requests for sensitive vendor master data in various ERP systems in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data. Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running reports to enhance and cleanse vendor master data and provide functional support and training to various end-users as it relates to VM processing.

**What you will do**:

- Support the Procurement risk management in conducting internal compliance reviews
- Report, monitor and support corrective action plans
- Constant process efficiency review and implementation of process automation.
- Review Procurement processes to identify risks and potential issues
- Implement and perform mitigating controls
- Suggest additional controls or changes to existing controls

**About you**:
We are seeking an Analyst who excels in dynamic environments, with strong data analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential issues and propose corrective actions. Also, it is fundamental to be proactive, possess problem-solving skills, be highly organized, pay attention to detail and have the ability to maintain accurate records. Technical Requirements include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Previous experience with Procurement, Payables, Supply Chain, Controls and/or related areas.
- Knowldge of standard office-productivity tools, such as Excel data manipulation functions
- Working knowledge of using SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI
- Fluency in English. Preferably with experience in SAP and Payables/Procurement.
- Good customer service, communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills.
