Job Summary

This is a leadership role that requires strategic planning, execution and governance of global vendor relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, processes and standards for vendor management.

  • Develop/implement policies, processes and standards for vendor governance based on internal and industry best practices
  • Act as a global point of contact for all vendor governance topics
  • Stand up data governance and change control processes and champion relentless documentation of all data standards and usage designs
  • Consult and coach regional and global process teams to build Master Data governance, data analytics and insight capabilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in Master Data Management, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:

  • 10 years of business experience in two functional areas such as Procurement/Supply chain
  • 10 years in master data management
  • Fluency in English language
  • High emotional intelligence to work effectively in diverse cultural contexts
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary starting from €3,200 per month, plus annual bonus payment based on performance. Additional benefits include:

Salary: €3,200 per month

Annual Bonus: Performance-based
