at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe.
Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.
**What you will do**:
- This role requires someone with initiative who is eager to learn and with good communication skills and good technical background.
- Dedicated problem-solver who can work in a fast paced environment where multiple releases.
- Ability to size technical efforts accurately.
- Experience working with English speakers customers, troubleshooting, break-ins and enhancements.
