We are seeking a highly skilled Controller Specialist to join our Global Purchasing organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring a stable supply of products and components, and maintaining high-quality standards. They will work closely with the purchasing team to develop partnerships with suppliers from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and analyze purchasing results and direct material reports to ensure targets are met.
  • Prepare and analyze Product Line results and currency movements across Brazil and Argentina.
  • Drive and execute annual budget and financial strategic plans in coordination with global and local teams.
  • Prepare and analyze Global Purchasing's Balanced Score card and run periodic performance reviews.
  • Identify and challenge critical areas for improvements and propose solutions.
  • Elaborate reports on monthly and quarterly key figures, raw material analysis, and payment terms.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will have a strong background in finance and economics, with experience in industrial financial operations and the use of BI tools. Knowledge of Direct Material flow within a plant and ERP finance modules is an asset.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
  • Strong experience in industrial financial operations and BI tool usage.
  • Knowledge of Direct Material flow within a plant and ERP finance modules.
  • Advanced Office skills (Excel).
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
