**Responsibilities**:
- IT base support & SWI/project development using vendor platforms Allegro Horizon ETRM enterprise suite and other connecting systems (example: Quorum)
- Support.Net-based middleware components, many external interfaces including ICE, Trayport, Equias(Efetnet), EDIGas, and internal interfaces to SAP IPES, NAPES, and others.
- Troubleshooting and developing new functionality in C#.Net, MS-SQL and Allegro.
- Base support - Responding to service requests & problem tickets for global customer support, following standard change management processes
