We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development of our global compensation and mobility strategy.
This role will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our international payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local tax and labor regulations across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing global compensation plans that align with business objectives;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HR systems and other business processes;
- Managing global mobility programs, including expatriation, repatriation, and cross-border assignments;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders;
- Providing guidance and training to team members on best practices in global compensation and mobility;
Main qualifications for this position:
- Proven experience in global compensation and/or mobility operations;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels;
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
