Senior International Payroll and Mobility Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior International Payroll and Mobility Expert to join our team. As a key member of our payroll and global mobility team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of international payroll processing across multiple countries.

Your mission will be to ensure seamless integration of payroll operations with HR systems, optimize payroll processes through process improvements and automation, and provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on payroll and mobility best practices.

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of international payroll processes, including compliance with local and international tax and labor regulations.
  • Manage global mobility programs, coordinating expatriation, repatriation, and cross-border assignments, including visa, tax, and relocation support.
  • Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to optimize payroll operations and ensure seamless integration with HR systems.
  • Support internal audits by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to payroll and global mobility controls.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on payroll and mobility best practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in international payroll, benefits, or global mobility operations.
  • Analytical profile, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Experience in cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals.
