Job Overview

This role focuses on the strategic management of payroll processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end payroll strategies.
  • Oversee Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Audit and monitor BPO activities to maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align payroll processes with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure payroll operations comply with union agreements and local labor regulations.
  • Provide support to employees and stakeholders, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor legislation and social security matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes and employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field-or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll management, including overseeing BPO contracts and operations.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and tools, with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors being an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in change management and project management.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.
  • High adaptability in virtual and cross-cultural environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with broader HR operations and compliance requirements.
