Global Payroll and Mobility Senior Analyst Position

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payroll processing across multiple countries. This position is focused on driving process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and precision, while also requiring excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders from diverse regions and cultures.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely execution of payroll processes, including compliance with local and international tax and labor regulations;
  • Managing global mobility programs, coordinating expatriation, repatriation, and cross-border assignments, including visa, tax, and relocation support;
  • Partnering with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to optimize payroll operations and ensure seamless integration with HR systems;
  • Supporting internal audits by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to payroll and global mobility controls;
  • Providing guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on payroll and mobility best practices;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for mobile employees, addressing inquiries related to payroll, relocation, benefits, and compliance issues.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • Previous experience with Payroll, Benefits or Global Mobility operations;
  • An analytical profile, detail-oriented and solution-focused;
  • Experience in cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals;
