**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with globally distributed teams to coordinate activities, execute task forces, and provide data analysis.
- Maintain data integrity in JIRA through regular review of entries and updates, ensuring accurate data capture for project progress.
- Produce detailed executive management reports, including proposing and creating dashboard mockups and Excel tools tailored to specific communication and reporting needs.
- Prepare and present project status updates, KPI trackers, and lead project reviews.
- Conduct quality assurance audits on project documentation in alignment with PMO guidelines and standards.
- Manage the lifecycle of small projects, including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change control.
- Support the implementation and improvement of new processes and workflows, working closely with project and program managers.
- Track project activities for on-time completion, identify any delays or deviations, and provide actionable insights for resolution.
- Collaborate with project managers on staffing, task allocation, process standardization, and improvement.
- Support internal and external communication, acting as a liaison between the program manager, various teams, and managers.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project coordination and management, preferably with digital transformation teams.
- Minimum of 2 years of management consulting experience.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and creating custom Excel tools.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage and exceed expectations.
- Capable of handling multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, concise, and engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Ability to navigate a matrix-based organization and interact effectively with different teams and levels of management.
- Capacity to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
