**Job Description**:

- Understand the business strategies to support the implementation of the deployment of the Product and Commercial training strategy;
- Understand the structure of products, technologies and markets served;
- Study the main trends in learning and propose improvements in processes or new projects;
- Structuring Learning Paths of commercial content, mapping with available materials and identifying material gaps;
- Define the means of carrying out the training (face-to-face training, synchronous online,
self-learning,
etc.) and tools;
- Define the best methodology for each need;
- Map employees with key knowledge to act as knowledge multipliers and align the availability of these people with the areas;
- Develop partnerships for the creation of relevant content (in Portuguese and English), for the defined training channels;
- Understand the customer on a day-to-day basis, through follow-up routines (eg, side by side, one day as consultants, SMEs, etc.) for better adherence to the area and deliveries;
- Benchmarking with other institutions to bring innovations and best market practices;
- Foster a culture of collaboration in the construction of “our” formal learning environment;
- Build partnerships with educational institutions for actions to promote the improvement of knowledge, strengthening the brand and content of Intelie's products in barns of new talent for Intelie itself, its partners and customers;
- Offer training to partners and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English - there is interaction with focal points, internal customers and peers abroad;
- Previous experience in the area of Training, face-to-face and distance learning;
- Mastery of Learning Design;
- Mastery of Development Needs Survey;
- Knowledge of educational methods and learning techniques, with the employee at the center of the construction of solutions;
- Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms;
- Knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint (both advanced) or Google Sheets and Google Slides;
- Knowledge of people management based on Competencies;
- To be a reference in sharing knowledge through clear, didactic and
public-friendl
y
communication;
- Proactive profile with
intrapreneuria
l thinking;
- At least 5 years of experience in the field;
- Desirable experience in technology companies and startups.
