Requisition ID: 26215- Job Location(s): Osasco, BRWe are currently looking for an energetic **Business Development Manager** for our Danfoss Power Solutions Segment. The preferred location for this position is South American region. This professional will be report to our Sales Director based in São Paulo, Brazil.
**Responsibilities**:
- As **Business Development Manager**, you are a key link between the Customer and the Sales Organization, identifying market needs, developing new strategies and sharing potential opportunities inside the organization.
- You will actively drive the Sales Development and profitable growth more focused in South American Distribution Market.
- It will be your responsibility to lead the product sales to customers/distributors in collaboration with Corporate Sales, Marketing and Business Units.
- You will align, execute and follow-up on mutually agreed activities set with the BU Sales Managers.
- This cooperation extends to customer visits, trainings and general consulting, for which you will provide input, e.g. on technical & commercial data needed to provide optimal customer proposal.
**Background & Skills**:
To be successful in this position, you need a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering, as well as a few years of practical experience from a technical Sales and technical support.
Furthermore, we are looking for:
- Experience in commercial area and negotiation with distributors & customers
- Ability to work in international team environments and understand Latin American culture
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
